I regularly interview and am continuing to grab offers every couple weeks. Just make sure to bypass the application portal with inMails from LinkedIn as the recruiters are lazy and will just send you in rather than read through the pile and you are fine. I suspect anyone with a decent network is fine. If you are applying through portals though, the competition is steep.
