Coming out of my CS program I didn't know much about concurrent programming because it was 2002 and people still thought of Beowulf Clusters for concurrency back then. I'd expect today to be different. We were taught SQL heavily. Network programming like packet switching, etc was something we didn't get into until grad school though.
