This is click-bait. Of course if Apple introduces an expensive OLED screen, they’re only going to offer it on the high-end, spec’d up models. I don’t think you’re going to be able to buy a 128GB OLED version.

- walterbell 4y ago> The Elec says the OLED-equipped 11-inch iPad Pro will start at $1,500, an increase of 80%, while the 12.9-inch iPad Pro will start at $1,800, an increase of 60% ... the supply chain cost of these 11-inch and 12.9-inch panels to be $270 and $350, respectively. Let's say the 2024 OLED 11-inch iPad Pro (Ultra?) starts with 512GB storage, which currently costs $1100. That would be a plausible $400/36% price increase to cover the $270 OLED screen, while preserving the entry-level iPad Pro LCD model. - dogma1138 4y agoThe LCD itself has a cost too there is no way that a 12.9” OLED costs $350 on top of what the already very expensive high end IPS LCD with mini LEDs in the current iPad Pro line costs. In fact OLED seem to be price competitive with mini and micro LED LCD displays these days across all panel sizes.
