- quickthrower2 4y agoFunny I never got paid much/any more for team leading the times I did it so I refuse to do it anymore. Also reflected in the market for new jobs. What people are calling a director here does pay a bit more.
- Tarq0n 4y agoOr maybe your org has too many layers. Teams of smart people should be able to mostly self-direct.
