Thank you <3 I've had to do a lot of my own reckoning recently, for reasons that are personal, but 'willingness to see even uncomfortable things about oneself' has been a big part of my recovery. Here's hoping it can be gentle medicine for others as well. It's not as horrible as it first tastes :D
