Not sure if the best analogy... At least in my country you can get a fine if you don't wear a seat belt in a car. So it's not really up to you.

- donutshop 4y agoBut you can still choose to not wear it. Am in a country where seatbelts are required by law, but many ignore it because of convenience, bad habits..etc. It's a law, but one that can't be enforced realistically.
