Perhaps. Anecdotally, I was 5 times as active on twitter as I am on Mastodon. Now I am not on twitter at all. So I'm more active on Mastodon than on twitter right now, but not super active. If you think that's a victory for twitter, fair enough. It got so much critical mass that it's hard to replicate off of Twitter. But as weeks keep passing by without me going back to twitter, I think that's a win for Mastodon.
