Because the OR Black Box platform is set up to anonymize all data, it is extremely unlikely that data from the system could be used in cases of medical malpractice, he says. I wonder if it's a good thing that anonymizes the data. Would not specific data make it be more useful, such as tracking a patient's progress overtime?
