Does 'app from a trusted developer' mean something other than 'app from the app store, or from someone you've specifically allowlisted'?
- dagmx 4y agoIt just means the app is not signed+notarized. They don’t necessarily need to be from the App Store, but they do need to be notarized. If they’re not, the warning can be bypassed.
