and so what if it was? all of what's described in the article are services offered by a company.
It's hard to call that anticompetitive when it's their network and their services. It's like you're saying Toyota's car building divisions are anticompetitive because they don't allow Honda to build their engines.
If you don't like how AWS's pricing works you HAVE to vote with your wallet and support another vendor in their efforts.
