I use a dedicated credit card for my subscriptions so I can see exactly what I am paying per month. Subscriptions are pretty annoying but being able to accurately see them is at least something. You can go in and prune things with waning value and additionally see what monthly cost looks like as it is the full CC bill. I understand the fascination with subscriptions from a business perspective but of course it is annoying as hell as a consumer.
