Agreed. My wife and I all but stopped drinking in 2023 except for when we go out which is maybe once a month. We get along better. We both exercise more. We are more constructive. Output more. Enjoy life more. I could go on. I wouldn’t be surprised if we continue to phase drinking out altogether. It’s just not worth the downside for a few hours of fun.
