How long are rates fixed in the US?
In Aus & NZ, even “fixed” rates are only for a few years (3-5 I think).

- RileyJames 4y agoAnd is that typically 10 years? Or 25/30?
- Gibbon1 4y agoMost common mortgages in the US are 30 year fixed followed by 15 year fixed.
