San Quentin being a state-run prison, that would be who exactly, the governor of California?
- _8j50 4y agoI think they mean people who benefit from prison labor not private prison operators. State prisons also do forced labor for profit, legalized slavery. But I don't think san quentin would be affected much since it is a maximum security facility.

I don’t think Newsom is worried about that guy.
