Not sure what your trying to accomplish with this pseudo-philosophical word salad. You've went through whataboutism, strawman, continuum fallacy and still haven't stated any sort of conclusion while topping it off with some example of corruption. It would be fun if it wasn't sad. The gist of it is that you're making a very forced equivalence between a nation state doing a total mobilization within the boundaries of its laws to a nation state forcing another nation state to not do something (join NATO, the EU, etc..), outside the boundaries of the law, using warfare. One of those is not like the other.
