        I used styled and currently vanilla, I'm not following the comparison with Elm UI.

  Vanilla Extract is probably worth looking into. I feel like it's the best option out there for "CSS but better".

    I tried before and didn't love it. Based on how it has been adopted I will have to try again.

  Styled Components is relatively popular and is used in the MUI (material-ui) library for react. There's also a number of JSS libraries as well.
