Such a silly policy, if they have a number in mind for acceptable annual leave just make that the policy.
- vuln 4y agoWell how are you going to attract new young talent you must ply them with free stuff and gimmicks like unlimited PTO. Hell, mobile network providers have been using the word _unlimited_ with a cap without any reprocussions for what decades? I think companies that offer _unlimited_ PTO should set a minimal baseline of 10-15 days per year.
