I built an app which instantly generates a landing page from your product idea
- gabfar 4y agoHello everyone, I hope you're all doing well today. Allow me to introduce my latest product, PageGenie. I developed it over the last month, and it's a SAAS tool that helps you generate landing pages for your products almost instantly using technologies such as GPT and DALL-E. All you have to do is provide a product idea (such as Chocolate Covered Strawberries), and PageGenie will create an entire landing page in a matter of seconds, complete with auto-generated images, hero section, features section, FAQs, and a Gallery section. If you're interested in giving it a try, head over to https://pagegenie.io/ https://pagegenie.io/. In addition to the instant landing page builder, I've also added a no-code editor that allows you to customize the landing pages that have been generated by the AI. You can swap out the AI-generated images with your own product images, edit the content, and even add new UI elements using our Drag and Drop functionality. I'm eager to hear your feedback on whether you would like to see PageGenie developed further and any suggestions you may have. Thank you!
- andrewfromx 4y agothe login with google to try it made me feel like I hit a wall. I want to demo it without signing in first.
- rolph 4y agoagreed, google sign in has no required function for a demo.
- jesterson 4y agoThe login with Google made me close your page instantly
- samketchup 4y agoya not logging in with google m8
- CharlieDigital 4y agoWhat's the reasoning for the objection? If it asked for email and password, would that be OK or also no go? Just curious.
- andrewfromx 4y agonot an email and password but a username and password is fine. Just like hackernews!
- NerdiOrg 4y agoWhy not? It's oauth with set permissions... very common nowadays and secure.
- andrewfromx 4y agoeh, i don't mind typing in username "blahblah123" and password "testing123" but clicking something that might be a phishing fake google login screen? With hackernews style no email required you can make an account without giving away anything. Even foo@gmail.com makes me feel bad that someone will try and email whatever fake email I put in and sometimes I might just type a real email by random chance.
- kevviiinn 4y agoThere are plenty of people who have ethical objections to using any google product like myself. I don't have any google accounts and I definitely won't make one to try out someone's product
- CharlieDigital 4y agoCurious what mail provider you use in that case and -- aside from username/password -- there are other SSO/OAuth providers that you would use.

- danecek099 4y agoI actually like this product. Would add an option to just buy the generated files; I want to host them myself.
