Curious why?

  I can't speak for OP, but I personally don't want any of my web contents to be used to train these things. Why? Because I'm not convinced these systems are good things in that sort of use case, and until/unless I am, I don't want to contribute to them.

  For the same reason OpenAI is not allowing text generated by its system to train competing systems. I want to maybe build a competing system with my data and don't want OpenAI to be a competitor in that space.
