I purchased an ancestor of this model 10 years ago. It still works. TEN YEARS! My mother got hers 8 years ago, she's printed over 8,000 sheets (there's a service page you can print that tells you). She's looking at replacing it because it jams sometimes now. What an incredible product, I cannot recommend it enough.
