If anyone can edit it, I found a typo:
> Python 1.8 (deprecating Python 1.7)
> Deprecation of Cuda 11.6 and Python 1.7 support for PyTorch 2.0
It is clearly supposed to be python 3.8 and 3.7 respectively.
