Seriously — I’ve not seen anything remotely like what the author is talking about. Sure, there are occasionally people who aren’t very quick or effective at their job, but they’re not the majority, and most everyone knows who they are. And those people don’t tend to get promotions, and they don’t get referrals when all of us hard working (normal) people move on to the next place.
