I think making texting and driving a felony is an absurd emotional overreaction and would cause more harm than good. I think we have many laws on the books that are absurd emotional overreactions that put a lot of non-criminals in the system, and frankly, it disgusts me. I think people who are proponents of that either aren't very thoughtful, or are just outright cruel, or perhaps both. Does that clear it up for you Lisa?
