- exfatloss 4y agoI've lost almost 50lbs in 6 months on it :)
- ashwagary 4y agoSounds unhealthy but people have tremendous results with high fat/protein. One possible problem is you cannot revert back to a high carb diet without suffering new health issues. So you should plan to stick with it for the rest of your life once you make the decision.
- exfatloss 4y agoI had so many problems on carbs before, not sure there's much to add to them haha But yea I'd been doing keto for years before this so that part isn't new. Just the amount of cream.
