US federal agency hacked using old Telerik bug to steal data
- hdlothia 4y agoUpdating ui components can be a surprisingly painful process when breaking changes are involved
- pixl97 4y agoI support a piece of software that uses these components and we've told our customers to upgrade to a newer version of this software for years, and yet some will sit on their hands forever. Fed.gov is exceptionally problematic between poor quality of contractors they use, and them wanting upgrades to go perfect (on especially old software), and not being able to handle deviation from plans when things don't work.
