I got those a few times here in Austria. In fairness for me it was amusing since it’s obvious the FBI don’t have jurisdiction here and seems unlikely they’d use an obvious and poor text to speech generator. A more clever one I got just the other day started with a text to me in German claiming to be from my son saying he lost his phone and this was his new number. Even though it was preposterous I did take a few moments to recognise it was a scam.
