What’s your definition of diversity?
- Yoric 4y agoBasically, in my book, it means "don't build a team of clones of yourself", because everybody having the same profile is how you create blind spots. Hire people who are going to have a different perspective, perhaps because they have a different reasoning (e.g. neuro-divergent candidates), different origins, different curriculum, different life experience, etc.
