  Bank of America's internal activities were found to be absolutely atrocious when the dust settled after the 2008 crash. They were a big part of why the Occupy Wall St movement started. The relaxed approach to depositor insurance SVB clients took should absolutely not be duplicated at BOA after a move there. I would personally recommend avoiding that bank at all costs.
