I personally developed an aversion for candidates with multiple certifications on their resume.
They feel to me more like a proof of lack of skills rather than a proof of skills. People with skills tend to not need these, as their track record show for themselves.
I still take them for interviews because some of them got them by accident, as part of their jobs, but I agree they're overall a pretty bad sign.
If you've spare time and want to show your skill, work on personal projects or open source contributions, your time would be much better invested
