In this example Hancock County Ga is about 70% black, not white as they state. As well, and I don't fault them for not knowing it, but it's truly about 95% black. The north end of the county is vacation homes that people will claim as a primary residence for tax purposes but practically no one lives there. It's over an hour on dirt roads to the nearest dollar general.
