I’m basically reading this as “If you’re exceptionally good at what you do, don’t work here”
- bcantrill 4y agoI should let this comment go answered, but I simply can't: this team is packed with folks who are exceptionally good at what they do -- it's an extraordinarily inspiring team to be a part of.
- tomandrews88 4y agoThen they’re voluntarily limiting their income to be at a company they like. Nothing wrong with that.
