Simple answer to this: "Hi, I am company X's AI, I'd like to get to know you because we will be working together here and there <welcome message>."
Basically endource the AI and be clear that it is the thing welcoming you. If you hide the fact an AI is pumping out an automated email it just comes across as if the business thinks of you as a drone.
- startupsfail 4y agoIf the major contributor of an e-mail (or code) is an AI then it should be attributed to the AI in the signature/attribution fields. Otherwise the work is plagiarized.
