Ask HN: Which are some good repositories of organized knowledge online?
Sometimes I feel like browsing an encyclopedia. I wonder if there are some interesting alternatives to Wikipedia, or similar to Wikipedia but domain specific.
- brudgers 4y agoMaybe Fandom? https://www.fandom.com/ https://www.fandom.com/
- nicbou 4y agoI find Encyclopedia Britannica much better at explaining things I'm not familiar with. Unfortunately, most of the rest of the internet has succumbed to affiliate marketing and copywritten spam, so there is very little left to recommend. If good content still exists, Google does not seem to surface it.

- ActorNightly 4y agoLiterally Chat GPT
- BillyTheMage 4y agoChatGPT is not a repository of organized knowledge. Can I get an index of ChatGPT? No, because it's not that type of thing.
