Speaking of copyright, remember that content produced by an algorithm cannot be copyrighted. We've already seen this play out with stable diffusion. Also, the government copyright office is surely unprepared for the coming tsunami.

An image you create by drawing a base layer and having the AI fill the details in could be copyright as well. The government copyright office doesn't really decide these things. Courts do.
