Here’s my big question: physical size of the pump. I have limited space for condensers outside due to the layout of the home, and the reason I haven’t put in a heat pump is due to none being physically sized small enough to replace our ACs (48k btu and 24k btu). Any word on dimensions?

My main worry for you would be clearance in front of the condenser. These are side discharging units and require 4ft clearance in front for the air exhaust stream. Rough foot print of the condenser - 36" x 15".

  That clearance may actually work, at least for one of them. The other one I could make work easily too. I’ll check the footprint.
