Actually your country did NOT sign it yet - hopefully they wont ?

  While that's a good thing and indeed hopefully they won't, it would be even better if the Dutch public heard about it, so they'd know which politicians are responsible for not signing it and deserve their support. Or, if things go bad, which politician budged in the end. Bringing the matter into public eye might make them less likely to do that.
