- karamanolev 4y agoCan we please just use "fired", "let go" or even "we separated with"? Impacted is just soft wording taken to a comedic level.

- smugma 4y agoFired implies with cause. In the US, it would be "laid off" and in the UK it's often "made redundant", which is itself more ambiguous than need be.
