I used Hello Fresh for a couple of weeks but in the end let it go for the quality of their recipes. I felt the meals were too much designed from the marketing department: Looked nice on the photos, but overly complicated to prepare for a daily dinner, and as my wife put it "Every meal taste somewhat similar". What was missing was simplicity.
