I personally have 2 cloud compute instances running, one with a specially requested GPU, and going back 3 months I have no emails from them marked "important", and only two that haven't directly resulted from my actions, each an update - clearly marked "[Update]" - to some element of their legal infrastructure which I suspect they're required to inform of have you actually checked this or are you just assuming it's the case?
