- seanw444 4y agoIt's the only use I've personally seen. It's become more popular in the privacy/security scene.
- godshatter 4y agoIt is a strange usage of the term. I suppose it's possible that governments are hosting some of these sites in order to catch people stupid enough to convert child porn or stolen defense documents to different formats.
