- senttoschool 4y agoIf housing prices drop, it's a crisis for homeowners. If housing prices increase, it's a crisis for would-be buyers and renters. It depends on which perspective you have.
- llampx 4y agoThe (home) owner class has a much louder voice. When the stock indexes go up (get more expensive) it is business as usual. When they go down, its doom and gloom everywhere.

- senttoschool 4y agoHomeowners don't talk much in the mass media. But they're more savvy when it comes to regulations.
