I actually reached out to their support because the autoplaying (sound on) playlist previews on the music tab caught me off-guard. I asked how to disable the sound on them and got this as a response.

- mike503 4y agoThe community page is a joke. Requests sit for months, years. Just a way to "accept suggestions" and make you feel warm and fuzzy.

- selfhoster69 4y agoThis is why I quit using Spotify. I couldn’t tune my recommendations after Alexa played music for someone else in a different language.
- Nextgrid 4y agoI simply delete my account when my recommendations get too overfitted and create a new one. As a bonus, I get another free trial.
