Should be a marketplace for buying receivership certificates for SVB deposits
There should be a marketplace for buying receivership certificates for Silicon Valley Bank deposits at a discount.
This would allow a firm with $10 million in deposits to instantly get $7 million or so of actual cash.
Painful, but market-based (w/ no bailout).
Thoughts?
