Runbooks. An On-Call person best friend
- bambataa 4y agoIt occurs to me that I've never seen a startup try to tackle runbooks. There must be lots of interesting things you could do here. Common problems: - really disorganised - information frequently gets out of date - missing relevant information I wonder if some kind of literate programming approach might help?
