Tesla Confirms the Switch to 48 Volt System
- Corrado 4y agoI'm glad that someone is finally switching to a higher voltage. It's so much more efficient and will save quite a bit of weight in wire gauge. I wonder if other manufacturers will follow suite. If Ford or GM switched it would trigger an avalanche and the whole 12v "community" (suppliers, manufactures, etc.) would switch. Then everyone would benefit.
