- musicale 4y agoGood point - $32K per student is actually lower than it was in 1991, and that is likely due to including grad students, whose numbers have increased and whose tuition is often covered by assistantships. Grad students are still paid poorly however, especially when one considers the amount of money the research they perform brings into the university.
