- skeeter2020 4y agothis is probably predominately California, so no; employees owed back wages are top-line creditors but not contractually owed interest. Not sure about other jurisdictions, and they could always pursue legal action.
- acomar 4y agoin CA, unpaid wages pierce the corporate veil and damages are owed. so there will definitely be lawsuits, including class action.
