I've heard people getting stuck with them after their mortgages were bought out, but I imagine not everyone has heard the horror stories, either. Someone else mentioned a 2% cash back card, but I have one of those from elsewhere, so it's hardly any reason to bank there. I suspect people just bank there because it's big and available, but I don't think I will ever bank there, at least not on purpose.
