He behaves like a compromat. If they didn't investigate him, it would constitute dereliction of duties.
This s hardly a new phenomenon. After WW2, lots of americans colluded with Russia. Difference of course was that then it was the far left, and now it's the far right. Shouldn't change how they handle it.
