  cream stays far far away from carbonara. otherwise it's not carbonara. carbonara sauce is simply pecorino or parmigiano cheese mixed with eggs or just yolks and pepper and guanciale or pancetta. NO CREAM, NO MILK, NO HAM, NO BACON! basta! /endofrant
